ABOUT:
The language of tap dance is a play on words and makes historic references to American culture. "Diggety Bop" is poetry in motion and 'sole' music to be seen, heard and felt. "...Cheryl (Johnson) is a master and what she does... [she] showcased her extensive knowledge and homage to tappers from the past...she bounced and sang with the rhythm of her feet...Every nuance and action had an intent." (Maxine Steinman, MSU 2019) Joined by dancing musical guests, Cheryl's unique artistry will be showcased in this cadenced presentation.
